Abstract:
Práce hodnotí finanční zdraví společnosti Unilever ČR, spol. s.r.o. na základě výstupů z provedené finanční analýzy. Vzhledem k velikosti firmy, je zajímavé sledovat jakým způsobem je či není firma ovlivněna zásadními změnami v chodu společnosti. V roce 2004 byla zásadním krokem rozsáhlá restrukturalizace, v roce 2005 potom finančně náročný nákup akcií firmy Bestfoods CZ. Celkově se dá konstatovat …more

The banchelor thesis evaluates the financial health of the company and bases its statement on the outputs of the financial analysis. Considering the size and power of the company, it is very interesting to observe the influence of certain changes in the company.
