Abstract:
Alzheimerova choroba je závažnou formou demence. Onemocnění popsal v roce 1907 německý lékař Alois Alzheimer. Jedná se o neurodegenerativní onemocnění mozku, kdy dochází v důsledku odumírání neuronů, ke zmenšení celého mozku a především vnitřních struktur spánkového laloku. Alzheimer's disease is a serious form of dementia. The disease was described in 1907 by German physician Alois Alzheimer. This is a neurodegenerative brain disorder that causes the brain to diminish, as a result of the death of neurons, and in particular the internal structures of the lobulum.
