Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou příspěvku na bydlení a efektivitou místního šetření při vyhodnocování nároku na příspěvek na bydlení. Teoretická část charakterizuje roli sociální politiky ve státě, systém sociální zabezpečení a bytovou politiku státu. Dále se podrobněji zabývá oblastí státní sociální podpory a podává obecné informace o realizaci místního šetření u příspěvku na bydlení. V praktické části je pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu zjištěno, jaký význam má místní šetření pro nárok na příspěvek na bydlení a jestli je jeho zavedení do systému státní sociální podpory účelné. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení přínosná pro praxi.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of housing allowance and the effectiveness of the local investigation in evaluating the right to housing allowance. The theoretical part characterizes the role of social policy in the state, the social security system and the housing policy of the state. It also deals in more detail with the area of state social support and provides general information on the implementation of a local investigation for housing allowance. In the practical part, qualitative research is used to determine the significance of the local investigation for the right to housing allowance and whether its introduction into the state social support system is expedient. At the end of the thesis, recommendations beneficial for practice are given.
