Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce na téma „Malé a střední podniky v období covidové krize“ je identifikace nejzávažnějších problémů, kterým podniky během covidové pandemie čelily a následné zhodnocení dopadů covidové krize na malé a střední podniky. Práce je zaměřena především na podniky, které toto těžké období pandemie úspěšně překonaly. Za podpory literární rešerše v teoretické části a následného kvalitativního výzkumu v praktické části byly identifikovány nejzávažnější nedostatky a problémy podniků spojené s pandemií. Závěry práce mohou pomoct podnikům k lepšímu zvládnutí dopadů pandemie.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis on "Small and medium-sized enterprises in the period of the covid crisis" is to identify the most serious problems that enterprises faced during the covid pandemic and to evaluate the impact of the covid crisis on them. The work focuses on enterprises that have successfully overcome this difficult period. Supported by a literature review in the theoretical part and subsequent qualitative research in the practical part, the most serious weaknesses and problems of enterprises associated with the pandemic were identified. The conclusions of the thesis can help enterprises to cope better with the impacts of the pandemic.
