Abstract:

ABSTRAKTNÍ Úspěch sociálních transformací je zřejmý, pokud jsou realizovány úřady. Sociální partnerství je zajištěno produktivními interakcemi různých pravomocí. To je klíčový bod účinného rozvoje jakéhokoliv systému. Rozvoj postupů sociálních politik, sociálních programů, výkonnostních kritérií musí být v souladu s normami a zásadami právních předpisů. Výzkumný papír se zaměřuje na situaci VSMPO Avisma. Poskytuje také doporučení pro další rozvoj CSR ve srovnání s jedním z lídrů v oblasti sociální odpovědnosti, tj. Boeing Inc. Hlavním účelem výzkumu je analyzovat specifické rysy CSR v ruských firmách jako součást národní firemní kultury na základě analýzy politiky sociální odpovědnosti podniků VSMPO Avisma a také vypracovat další doporučení týkající se zlepšení sociální politiky společnosti. Výzkumné metody používané v diplomové práci jsou z otevřených zdrojů analýza a kvalitativní analýza ve formě rozhovorů.

Abstract:

The success of social transformations is evident when these are implemented by authorities. Social partnership is ensured by the productive interactions of various powers. This is the key point of the effective advancement of any system. Development of social policy procedures, social programs, performance criteria shall comply with norms and principles of legislation. The research paper focuses on the situation within VSMPO AVISMA. It also provides some recommendations for the further development of CSR in the company comparing to one of the leaders in terms of social responsibility, i.e. Boeing Inc. The main purpose of the research is to analyze the specific features of CSR in Russian companies as a part of national corporate culture based on the analysis of corporate social responsibility policy of VSMPO AVISMA and to elaborate further recommendations regarding the improvement of the company’s social policy as well. Research methods used in the diploma thesis are open source analysis and qualitative analysis in the form of interviews.
