This thesis deals with the problem of criminal law in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. It briefly discusses the development of criminal law before the Protectorate, which is followed by the analysis of the Protectorate autonomous law, and attention is also focused on German criminal law which was valid in the Protectorate in certain cases.
