Examination of Accounting Reports of Nonprofit Organizations and Assesment of their Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations of the Czech Republik.

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá kontrolou souladu účetních výkazů vybrané neziskové organizace Společenství vlastníků jednotek s platnou legislativou České republiky. Je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretickou, kde jsou na základě kritické literární rešerše charakterizovány základní pojmy sledované problematiky včetně vymezení platné legislativy ČR vztahující se k této účetní jednotce. A praktickou, která vybranou neziskovou organizaci charakterizuje, analyzuje stav vyhotovených a předložených výkazů účetní závěrky a hodnotí je. Na základě zjištěných skutečností je vše uzavřeno definováním problémových míst a doporučenými postupy účtování včetně vyhotovení výkazů účetní závěrky dle platné legislativy ČR.

Abstract:

Presented Master thesis deals with control of conformity of the accounting statements of selected non-profit organization Unit owners association with the valid legislation of the Czech Republic. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical part, based on the critical re-search, where main terms of followed topic are characterized, including mentioning of valid legislation of the Czech Republic related to this accounting unit. The practical part which describes the selected non-profit organization, analyses the status of issued and submitted statements of final accounts and evaluates them. Based on the findings, the problem points are defined and the process of accounting including the issuing of the statements of final accounts according to the valid legislation of the Czech Republic is recommended.
