A Set of Pre-resolved Tasks from the Application Software Field for Working with Information ? Text Editors

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je příprava zadání a řešení úloh pro práci s textovým procesorem Word 2016 s ohledem na RVP pro gymnázia, patřící do okruhu Informatika a informační a komunikační technologie, oblast učiva aplikační software pro práci s informacemi. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje popisy rámcových vzdělávacích programů (od předškolního vzdělávání po vzdělávání na gymnázi-ích a středních odborných školách). Dále je součástí teoretické části historie a současnost textových editorů a procesorů, a popis balíku Office 2016. Praktická část je zaměřena na výuku v programu Word 2016. Součástí praktické části je také provedení průzkumu pomocí e-mailové zprávy, ve které bylo potřebné odpovědět na dvě otázky: Jaké textové editory (a jejich verze) na škole používáte? Jaký je obsah výuky v těchto programech? Poté byl vytvo-řen kurz, který je rozdělen do 19 hodin výuky. Předpokládaným výstupem je návrh a realizace na sebe navazujících řešení, která rozvíjejí postupnou formou technické schopnosti posluchačů a návrh pracovních listů. Součástí je také praktické ověření vytvořené sady úloh pomocí dotazníků.

Abstract:

The aims of this work is to establish terms of solving problems and working with a proces-sor Word 2016 with respect to the framework educational programme for grammar schools belonging a round for Information and communication technology, curriculum area applica-tion software for working with information. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains descriptions of general educational programs (from Pre-School Education to Upper Secon-dary General Education). Another part of the theoretical part is the history and the present text editors and processors, and a description of the package Office 2016. The practical part is focused at teaching the Word 2016. Part of the practical part is also conducting a survey via e-mail messages in which it was required to answer two questions: What text editors (and their versions) use at your school? What is the content of teaching in these programs? It was created a course, which is divided into 19 hours of instruction. The anticipated output is the design and implementation of consecutive solutions which develop a progressive form of technical skills of students and the draft worksheets. Also included is a practical verification of the generated set of tasks using questionnaire.
