Transfer of the Financial Statements of a Selected Company to the Financial Statements in Accordance with IFRS

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je převod účetní závěrky sestavené podle české účetní legislativy na účetní závěrku v souladu s Mezinárodními standardy účetního výkaznictví. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na kritickou literární rešerši české účetní závěrky a závěrky sestavené podle IFRS. V praktické části práce je proveden převod účetních výkazů české společnosti na výkazy podle IFRS. V závěru práce je provedena finanční analýza a je zhodnocen vliv převodu účetní závěrky na vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is the transfer of the accounting balance composed according to the International Accounting Standards. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the critical register of the specialized literature of the Czech Accounting Balance composed according to IFRS. The practical part shows the transfer of the accounting balance of the Czech Company to the accounting balance according to IFRS Accounting Standards. The summary of my thesis consists of the financial analysis and is evaluated the influence of the transfer of the accounting balance to the chosen pointers of the financial analysis.
