Peer Colsuntant in Multidisciplinary Team That Aids to People with Mental Disabilities

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je definovat pozici peer konzultanta v multidisciplinárním týmu, zkoumat možnosti zapojení lidí s duševním onemocněním do multidisciplinárních týmů v rámci sociálních služeb a vymezení jejich činnosti v kontextu současného pojetí práce s osobami s duševním onemocněním v návaznosti na probíhající proces reformy psychiatrické péče v České republice. V úvodní části je popsán proces reformy psychiatrické péče, která sebou přinesla rozvoj multidisciplinárních týmu a potřebu zapojení peer konzultantů v jednotlivých případech pomoci osobám s duševním onemocněním. Cílem teoretické části je tedy vymezit multidisciplinární tým v rámci reformy psychiatrické péče a funkci peer konzultanta v multidisciplinárním týmu péče o osoby s duševním onemocněním, pro zpracování výzkumné části. V části výzkumné, která na část teoretickou navazuje, je stěžejní pohled personálu, poskytujícího služby v oblasti sociálně zdravotní péče. Úkolem je tedy zkoumat, zda a případně jakým způsobem ovlivňuje přítomnost peer konzultanta spokojenost členů multidisciplinárního týmu.

Abstract:

The goal of this master thesis is to define the position of a peer consultant in multidisciplinary team, to research the possibilities to include members with mental illnesses in multidisciplinary teams within social services and defining their activity in context of nowadays conception of work with people with mental illnesses in connection with ongoing process of reform of psychiatric care in Czech republic. In introduction part is described the process of reform of psychiatric care, which brought the development of multidisciplinary team and the need to involve peer consultants in individual cases to help people with mental illnesses. The goal of theoretical part is to define multidisciplinary team within the reform of psychiatric care and the function of peer consultant in multidisciplinary team which takes care of people with mental illness, for processing of the research part. In research part, which follows the theoretical part, is crucial view of the staff which provides services in field of social health care. The task is to research if the presence of peer consultant influences the satisfaction of members of multidisciplinary team and if so then in what way.
