Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit vykonávání personálních činností ve vybraném rodinném podniku. Toto hodnocení bylo provedeno na základě rozhovorů s ředitelem podniku a vedoucími oddělení. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny jednotlivé personální činnosti, a to na základě odborné literatury. V praktické části je popsáno, které z těchto činností jsou praktikovány ve vybraném rodinném podniku, v jakém rozsahu, a je provedeno jejich hodnocení. V závěru jsou potom shrnuty nejdůležitější poznatky z teoretické i praktické části práce a je zhodnocen celkový přístup zkoumaného podniku k uplatňování jednotlivých personálních činností.

Abstract:

The aim of bachelor study is to evaluate the practice of personnel activities in the selected family business. This evaluation was based on interviews with the director of the company and heads of individual departments. In the theoretical part are defined individual and personal activities on the basis of expert literature listed in the annex. In the practical part is described which of these activities are practiced in the selected family business, to what extent, and also their classification. The conclusion summarizes the key findings from the theoretical and from the practical part of this work and the company's overall access is reviewed due to the application of individual personnel actions.
