Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících s vývojem informačních systémů. Důraz je kladen na životní cyklus softwarových aplikací, obecný vizuální modelovací jazyk UML a procesně orientovaný jazyk BPMN.
