Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá lingvistickou a překladatelskou analýzou jídelních lístků určených pro francouzské a české zákazníky. Práce je rozdělena na tři základní části. První část sestává z prezentace korpusu, v druhé části se zabýváme lingvistickým rozborem, ve kterém analyzujeme text z hlediska stylistického, morfosyntaktického a lexikálního.
