The group dynamics of the supportive group

Abstract:

Předkládaná magisterská diplomová práce se věnuje skupinové dynamice podpůrné skupiny. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - na část teoretickou a na část empirickou. V první kapitole teoretické části je vymezen vztah podpůrné skupiny, sociální práce a sociální pedagogiky. Druhá kapitola se zabývá duševním onemocněním a sociální prací s lidmi s duševním onemocněním. Teoretickou část uzavírá kapitola o malé sociální skupině a její dynamice. Jsou v ní mimo jiné rozebírána témata jako charakteristika malé sociální skupiny, skupinová dynamika, skupinová atmosféra, skupinová koheze a tenze, vedení skupiny, vývoj podpůrné skupiny v čase, pozice a role ve skupině, specifika podpůrné skupiny. Cílem empirické části je popsat proměny skupinové dynamiky v podpůrné skupině během šestitýdenního uzavřeného programu „N“, který probíhá na oddělení 12 Psychiatrické léčebny Havlíčkův Brod a je vyhrazený pro nepsychotické poruchy. K získání potřebných dat byly použity písemné reflexe od účastníků programu, skupinový hloubkový rozhovor s vedoucími skupiny, sociometricko-ratingový dotazník (SORAD), terénní zápisy.

Abstract:

The presented master diploma thesis deals with a group dynamics of the supportive group. The work is divided into two parts – the theoretical and the empirical. In the first chapter of the theoretical part is defined the relation among supportive group, social work and social pedagogy. The second chapter deals with the mental disorder and the social work of mental disorder people. The chapter about small social group and its dynamics closes the theoretical part. There are, among others, analysed topics such as the characteristic of small social group, group dynamics, group atmosphere, group cohesiveness and tension, the lead of group, the development of supportive group in a space of time, position and role in a group, the specificity of supportive group. The aim of the empirical part is to describe the changes of group dynamics in the supportive group during the six - weeks enclosed programme „N", that proceeds on the ward 12 of the Mental Home Havlíčkův Brod. This programme is determined for non - psychotic disorders. To the obtaining of the required data, it was used the written reflections by participants of the programme, the depth interview with the leaders of supportive group, the sociometric - rating questionnaire (SORAD), field notes.
