Abstract:
Práce studuje základní model populační genetiky - Wrightův--Fisherův model přenosu genetické informace. Model je řešen Fourierovou metodou, numericky a pomocí simulací a jádrového vyhlazování. Poslední metoda je využita i na aplikovaném problému.
Abstract:
In this thesis we study basic model of population genetics - Wright--Fisher model. The model is solved by Fourier method, numerically and using simulations and kernel smoothing. The last method is applied to the real problem.
