Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je aplikování optimalizačních řešení pomocí výrobních logistických technologií. Implementace různých nápravných opatření, nezbytných kroků a procesů za účelem optimalizace materiálového toku, v rámci kompletace a dokončení finálního dílu ve vybrané firmě. Práce pojednává o pojmech logistika, výrobní logistika, optimalizace, štíhlá výroba, materiálový tok a také jsou zde uvedeny a charakterizovány výrobní logistické technologie. Práce se zabývá také metodami, jež byly použity za účelem zpracování aplikační části. Je zde uvedena stručná charakteristika konkrétního dílu, za účelem optimalizace, následuje popis současného stavu a identifikace problémů v materiálovém toku. Závěrem práce je popsaná diskuse výsledků a návrhy řešení, včetně vzdálenostních a časových úspor vycházejících z optimalizace procesů.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is the application of optimization solutions using production logistics technologies. Implementation of various corrective measures, necessary steps and processes in order to optimize the material flow, as part of the completion and completion of the final part in the selected company. The work deals with the concepts of logistics, production logistics, optimization, lean production, material flow and also there are listed and characterized production logistics technologies. The work also deals with the methods that were used to process the application part. There is a brief description of a particular part, for optimization, followed by a description of the current state and identification of problems in the material flow. The conclusion of the work is a description of the results and proposals for solutions, including distance and time savings based on process optimization.
