Competence of the government of the Czech Republic at the time of publication crisis situation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vládu České republiky v době vyhlášených krizových stavů. V teoretické části jsou popsány nejprve základní pojmy krizového řízení a krizových stavů, další část se zabývá kompetencemi vlády České republiky v době vyhlášení jednotlivých krizových stavů. Praktická část je složena z případové studie, ve které jsou popisovány kroky vlády v době vyhlášeného nouzového stavu z důvodu celosvětové pandemie Covid-19, druhá část obsahuje strukturované rozhovory. V poslední praktické části je zhodnocen postup vlády a navrženy doporučení

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is aimed at the government of the Czech Republic at a time of declared crisis. The theoretical part describes first the basic concepts of crisis management and crisis situations, the next part deals with the competences of the government of the Czech Republic at the time of the declaration of individual crisis situations. The practical part consists of a case study describing the government's actions at the time of the declared emergency due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, the second part contains structured interviews. In the last practical part, the government's process is evaluated and recommendations proposed.
