Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pěstounství, zejména osob v evidenci, pěstounů na přechodnou dobu. Teoretická část popisuje jednotlivé instituty náhradní rodinné péče, zaměřuje se na rozdíly mezi osobami pečujícími a osobami v evidenci, tedy pěstouny na přechodnou dobu. Popisuje jednotlivé sociální dávky, které jsou pěstounům poskytovány a přibližuje podmínky a výhody dohod o výkonu pěstounské péče. Praktická část je zaměřena na počet pěstounů v evidenci v okrese Šumperk, analýzou dokumentů zjišťována doba, kterou u nich děti stráví a důvody, proč se v jejich péči ocitly a kam z jejich péče následně odchází.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of foster care,especially people in the register, parents for a temporary period.The theoretical part describes institutes of foster care, focusing on the differences between caring people and foster parents for a temporary period. It describes various social benefits that are paid to foster parents and acquainted with conditions and advantages of foster care contract.The practical part is focused on the total number of foster parents in the records in the district Šumperk,analysis of documents determined the time that children spend with them , and the reasons why they found themselves in their care and where their care then leaving.
