Project proposal for the establisment of a private plastic surgery clinic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou založení soukromé ambulance plastické chirurgie. Skládá se ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části uvádí problematiku podnikání, pojednává o podmínkách založení zdravotnického zařízení, související legislativě, uvádí náležitosti podnikatelského plánu a popisuje estetickou a plastickou chirurgii. Praktická část je rozdělena na analytickou a projektovou část. První část je věnována analýze podnikatelského prostředí za použití PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti sil, SWOT analýzy a jejich vyhodnocení. Projektová část představuje návrh založení soukromé ambulance plastické chirurgie a obsahuje závěrečné shrnutí projektu. Hlavním cílem práce je návrh na založení privátního zařízení ve Zlíně, specializující se na ambulantní zákroky v oblasti plastické chirurgie, který by mohl být v obdobné formě realizován.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of establishing a private outpatient clinic of plastic surgery. It consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part it presents the issue of business, discusses the conditions for the establishment of a medical facility, related legislation, lists the essentials of a business plan and describes aesthetic and plastic surgery. The practical part is divided into analytical and project part. The practical part is divided into analytical and project parts. The first part is devoted to the analysis of the business environment using PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, SWOT analysis and their evaluation. The project part presents a proposal for the establishment of a private plastic surgery clinic and contains a final summary of the project. The main objective of the thesis is a proposal to establish a private facility in Zlín, specializing in outpatient procedures in the field of plastic surgery, which could be implemented in a similar form.
