Bakalářská práce je věnována řízení lidských zdrojů. V první části práce jsou popsána teoretická východiska a vymezeny pojmy související s tématem, jako definice řízení lidských zdrojů , hodnocení ,výběr a adaptace zaměstnanců a firemní kultura.
