Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou výživy osob starších 65 let. Přináší shrnutí poznatků o specificích ve výživě seniorů, potřebách živin ve stáří, faktorech ovlivňujících výživu a nutričních problémech ve stáří. The Diploma thesis deals with nutritional characteristics in the elderly population (people older than the age of 65); it summarizes the knowledge of nutritional specifics, nutrient needs, factors that affect nutrition, nutrition related problems.
