Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na praktickou stránku procesu převzetí oddělení backoffice ve společnosti Creditio, a.s. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními problematikami, spojenými s vedením týmu lidí. Následující vlastní práce vychází z těchto teoretických poznatků a je v ní proveden rozbor současného stavu a situace ve zvoleném oddělení backoffice. Tento rozbor se zakládá na dlouhodobém pozorování a participaci na dění v tomto oddělení, na množství interních materiálů a vnitropodnikových statistik a dále rozhovorech s minulým vedoucím tohoto oddělení, jeho pracovníků a také na informacích zjištěných od ostatních manažerů společnosti. Na tuto analýzu poté navazuje řešení samotného cíle práce v podobě návrhů postupu a kroků, které by měl nový vedoucí na tomto oddělení učinit. To vše je zaměřeno na udržení a zlepšování výkonnosti oddělení zároveň s ohledem na příjemnou a kamarádkou atmosféru, která zde panuje.

Abstract:

This dissertation thesis is focused on the practical aspect of takeover process of the backoffice department at Creditio, a.s. The theoretical part introduces the basic issues connected with the leadership of a team of people. The following own work is based on these theoretical knowledge and it analyzes the current situation in the chosen department of backoffice. This analysis is based on long-term observation and participation in events in this department, on a number of internal materials and in-house statistics, as well as on interviews with the previous head of this department, its staff, and information from other executives of the company. This analysis then follows the solution of the very purpose of the work in the form of proposals for the procedure and steps that the new head of the department should take. All this is aimed at maintaining and improving the performance of the department while respecting the pleasant and friendly atmosphere in there.
