The Significance of the State and Public Administration Buildings in the Changes of the Municipal Structure

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Význam budov pro veřejnou správu ve změnách urbánních struktur“ se nejprve obecně zaměřuje na historický vývoj radničních budov a objektů veřejné správy na území ČR, podle historických období, včetně jednotlivých charakteristik. Definuje pojem „budovy státní a veřejné správy“ a vymezuje obecné faktory jejich významu pro urbanizmus měst. Dále se zabývá současnou situací objektů veřejné správy a aktuálními vlivy. Následně práce stručně analyzuje ekonomickou situaci a možnosti financování rekonstrukcí historických staveb. Součástí práce je i vyhodnocení místního šetření na téma „zhodnocení funkčnosti budov úřadů z pohledu občanů“. Poté se práce konkrétně zaměřuje na příklady jednotlivých rekonstrukcí objektů veřejné správy převážně z Jihomoravského kraje a hodnotí pozitiva i negativa těchto realizací.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis " The Significance of the State and Public Administration Buildings in the Changes of the Municipal Structure" first generally focuses on the historical development of the town halls and public buildings in the Czech Republic on the basis to historical periods, including individual characteristics. It defines the term "Buildings of state and public administration" and the general factors of thein significance for the urbanism of cities. It also deals with the current situation of public administration buildings and current influences. Then the work briefly analyzes the economic situation and the possibilities of financing the reconstruction of historical buildings. The work also includes the evaluation of a local survey on the topic "The evaluation of the functionality of office buildings from the perspective of citizens." After this the work is specifically focused on the examples of the individual reconstructions of public administrativ buildings mainly from the South Moravian Region and evaluates the positives and negatives of these realizations.
