Abstract:
Bakalárska práca porovnáva a analyzuje argumentáciu vlád, ktoré oponujú naplneniu práva národa na sebaurčenie vo vlastnom štáte, s cieľom overiť hypotézu poukazujúcu na podobnosť ich argumentácie. Konkrétne sa zameria na postoj a hlavné prostriedky Srbska, Španielska a Číny uplatňované voči požiadavkám ich národnostných, či etnických menšín na realizáciu tohto práva.
