Velké legislativní změny byly součástí rozsáhlé zdravotní reformy. Zákon o péči o zdraví lidu (20/1966 Sb.) byl přijat jako základní právní předpis zdravotnického práva v Československu. Large legislative changes were part of an extensive health reform. The Law on Health Care (20/1966 Coll.) was adopted as the fundamental law of medical law in Czechoslovakia. Health Services Act and replaced it and contains general rules, defines the new terminology, the basic conditions for the provision of health services.
