Spokeman - his role in large and middle companies

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem práce je specifikovat roli tiskového mluvčího ve velkých a středních podnicích. Jeho postupy, metody práce a způsoby jednání. Dále pak postavení v hierarchii podniků a organizací, jeho pravomoc a s ní související rozsah činností, jež vykonává. To vše rozebereme nejdříve obecně, a pak na základě poznatků získaných z rozhovorů s vybranými tiskovými mluvčími. Cílem mé práce je především identifikace slov, slovních spojení, formulací, frází, metod a vystupování tiskového mluvčího uvnitř podniku a v jeho okolí. Snahou bude představit různé typy tiskových mluvčí, zmapovat jejich typický pracovní den a představit je po pracovní stránce nejen jako profesionály, ale i jako jedny z nás v osobním životě – jako rodiče, partnery či kamarády, s jejich zájmy a koníčky ve volném čase. To vše budu zjišťovat v diskusích s tiskovými mluvčími z různých oblastí. K podpůrným cílům mé práce patří zhodnotit hlavní teoretická východiska a uvést vlastní názory a zkušenosti k této problematice.

Abstract:

The main theme of work is to specify character of the spokesman in the large and the middle companies. His procedure, method of work and kind of action. Also the position in company and organisation hierarchy, his authority and his related activity he makes. We will analyse this in general and than based to knowledge from the inteviews with chosen spokesman. The goal of my work is especially identification of the words, words united, formulations, fraises, methods and behaviour of the spokesman inside of the company and its surrounding. Effort of this will be to introduce different types of the spokesman, chart their typical working day and to introduce them according to their working page not only as a professional but also as the one of us - like parents, partners or friends, with their hobbies in their free time. I will try to find this out in the discussions with the spokesman from the different areas. As a supporting goal of my work will be evaluation of the main theoretical solutions and place owns opinion and experience to this issues.
