Gender and Roma Children - the Formation of Social Roles in Relation to the Sex of a Child
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce mapuje gender u romských dětí v rozmezí věku od pěti do jedenácti let. Důležitým aspektem práce je porovnávání genderu u dětí ze sociálně vyloučené lokality ve městě Chrudim v České republice a u dětí ze slovenského města Detva. Současně se práce zabývá vlivem socioekonomického statutu rodiny dítěte na proces utváření jeho vlastního genderu.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis maps the gender of Roma children in the age range from five to eleven years. An important aspect of work is a comparison of gender in children from socially excluded localities in the town of Chrudim in the Czech Republic, and children from the Slovak town of Detva.
