The problem of the amount of property tax in cities and towns in the hinterland of the capital of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na daň z nemovitých věcí, více specificky na místní koeficient a základní koeficient ve vybraných městech a obcích České republiky. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení obcí a jejich působností včetně nástrojů k jejich rozvoji, které navazují na vymezení daní, přičemž je kladen důraz na daň z nemovitých věcí a její složení podložené zákonnou úpravou daně z nemovitých věcí v České republice. Práce pokračuje praktickou částí, která je věnována analýze a vyhodnocování výše místního a základního koeficientu u obcí s rozšířenou působností na území Středočeského kraje.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the property tax , more specifically on the local coefficient and the basic coefficient in selected cities and municipalities of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part contains the definition of municipalities and their powers, including tools for their development, which follow on the definition of taxes, while the emphasis is placed on the property tax and its composition based on the legal regulation of the property tax in the Czech Republic. The Bachelor thesis continues with a practical part, which is devoted to the analysis and evaluation of the amount of the local and basic coefficient in municipalities with extended jurisdiction in the area of the Central Bohemian Region.
