Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem referenda. Místní referendum je jedním z institutů přímé demokracie. Kromě přímé demokracie ji lze využít v České republice a v institutu nepřímé demokracie.
Abstract:
This diplom thesis deals with the topic of the referendum. The local referendum is one of the institutes of direct democracy. In addition to direct democracy, it can be used in the Czech Republic and in the institute of indirect democracy.
