A Cooperation of Healthcare Facilities with Providers of Selected Residential Services.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je tematicky zaměřena na problematiku spolupráce zdravotnických zařízení s poskytovateli vybraných pobytových služeb. Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat spolupráci a vzájemnou komunikaci pracovníků ve zdravotnických zařízeních se sociálními pracovníky ve vybraných pobytových zařízeních. Díky stále vyšším nárokům a snaze o zlepšení poskytovaných služeb v rámci zdravotně-sociální péče je spolupráce zdravotní a sociální oblasti nepostradatelná. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části je popsána základní problematika spolupráce v rámci zapojování, koordinace a vzájemného spolupráci. Dále aktuální směry současné spolupráce a postavení odborných pracovníků. Ve výzkumné části je proveden výzkum se zaměstnanci uvedených subjektů a jejich pohled na situaci v praxi. V rámci kvalitativního výzkumu se vybraní pracovníci vyjádřili k fungování vzájemné spolupráce. Výzkum je postaven na hledání možného zlepšení koordinace práce, názor na vzájemnou spolupráci, hledání dobré praxe a poukázání na případné nedostatky ve vzájemné komunikaci a koordinaci. Diplomová práce a výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu by mohly pomoci budoucím zdravotně-sociálním pracovníkům ve zdravotnických institucích a sociálním pracovníkům v pobytových službách ve zlepšení spolupráce zdravotnických zařízení s pobytovými službami, díky čemuž dojde k dokonalejší provázanosti při poskytování sociálních služeb a uspokojování potřeb našich klientů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is thematically focused on the issue of cooperation of medical facilities with providers of selected residential services. The diploma thesis aims to map the interconnection and mutual communication of workers in medical facilities with social workers in selected residential facilities. Thanks to ever higher demands and cooperation in the field of health and social care are indispensable in the effort to improve the services provided within the framework of health and social care. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the essential issues of cooperation in the framework of involvement, coordination, and interconnection. Furthermore, the present directions of current cooperation and the position of professionals. In the research part, research was conducted with employees of these entities and their view of the situation in practice. As part of the qualitative research, the selected employees commented on the functioning of cooperation. The research is based on finding possible improvements in work coordination, views on cooperation, finding a good practice, and pointing out possible shortcomings in mutual communication and coordination. The diploma thesis and the results of qualitative research could help future health and social workers in health care institutions and social workers in residential services to improve the cooperation of health care facilities with residential services. As a result this may lead to a better connection in the social services provision and fulfillment of the needs of our clients.
