Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice prevence syndromu vyhoření u pomáhajících profesí. V teoretické části se zabývá vysvětlením pojmu pomáhající profese, nadále ter-mínu syndrom vyhoření, podmínkám jeho vzniku, jeho fázemi, projevy a v neposlední řadě podrobně rozvádí téma prevence syndromu vyhoření. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of burnout syndrome prevention in helping pro-fessions. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of the term assisting profession, the term burnout syndrome, conditions of its origin, its phases, manifestations and last but not least elaborates on the topic of burnout syndrome prevention.
