Comparison of credit and leasing financing of the business investment

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním úvěrového a leasingového financování podnikové investice. Základním smyslem této práce je co nejvěrohodněji přiblížit a vysvětlit rozdíly mezi úvěrem a leasingem. V teoretické části proto najdeme především podrobnou charakteristiku obou způsobů externího financování. V neposlední řadě zde také najdeme základní členění bankovních úvěrů a leasingu, jež může podnikatel využít k pořízení firemního aktiva. V souvislosti s tím jsem se snažil vymezit hlavní výhody a nevýhody obou variant externího financování, které jsou pro danou právnickou osobu, podnikatele mnohdy stěžejním kritériem výběru. V aplikační části této bakalářské práce jsem se poté pokusil na základě diskontovaných výdajů na leasing a úvěr a čisté výhody leasingu znázornit, jaký druh financování je pro daný podnikatelský subjekt pořizující investici, výhodnější.

Abstract:

This baccalaureate work deals with by comparison of credit and leasing financing of the business investment. Basic sense of this work is to put near and explain differences among credit and leasing. In theoretic part therefore we find all detailed characteristic of both types of external financing. We find here also basic division of credit and leasing, which is enterpriser able to use to acquisition of business assets. In connection with by it I strove to define main advantages and disadvantages of both variants of external financing, that are for juridical person, enterpriser often pivotal criterion of selection. In aplication part of this baccalaureate work I tried to represent, what kind of financing is for concrete enterpriser preferable. For check of economic merit of investment I availed method of discount expenses on leasing and credit and method of absolute advantage of leasing.
