Predmetom diplomovej práce „Strategická analýza podniku“ je vypracovanie strategickej analýzy pre konkrétny malý podnik. Teoretická časť zahŕňa všetky poznatky dôležité pre vypracovanie analýzy vonkajšieho prostredia, vnútorného prostredia a zhrňujúcej SWOT analýzy.
