Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zavádění a rozvoje politiky sociální odpovědnosti podniků jako jednoho z určujících faktorů hodnoty. Jsou studovány teoretické a empirické aspekty provádění politiky sociální odpovědnosti. Pomocí metod ekonometrického modelování byla provedena analýza aktivit největších ruských podniků v různých průmyslových odvětvích s cílem určit vztah mezi politikou CSR a hodnotou společnosti.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis topic examines the problem of introducing and developing a corporate social responsibility policy as one of the determinants of value. The theoretical and empirical aspects of the implementation of the social responsibility policy are studied. Using econometric modelling methods, the analysis of the activities of the largest Russian enterprises in various industries was carried out in order to determine the relationship between CSR policies and company value.
