Abstract:
Ve své v práci se zajímám o to, jak klienti z Ruské federace hodnotí kvalitu hotelových služeb. Zabývám se konkrétně čtyřmi hotely a to Grandhotel Pupp, Carlsbad Plaza, Jessenius a hotel – sanatorium Kriváň. Jsou to dva tříhvězdičkové hotely a dva pětihvězdičkové hotely. Abstract:
In my work I interested in how clients from the Russian Federation evaluates the quality of hotel services. I deal with four hotels – Grandhotel Pupp, Carlsbad Plaza, Jessenius and hotel – sanatorium Kriváň. It is two hotels with three stars and two hotels with five stars.
