Cooperation of school and parents on remediation of specific learning disabilities of children at primary school

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o kooperaci rodičů a školy, respektive zejména učitelů, při reedukaci specifických poruch učení u žáků základní školy. V teoretické části je popsáno terminologické vymezení problematiky, klasifikace a projevy jednotlivých poruch učení a jejich vliv na psychiku dítěte. Dále tato práce uvádí některé metody a způsoby reedukace specifických poruch učení. V neposlední řadě jsou zde popsány specifické úkoly školy a rodičů a také aspekty jejich vzájemné kooperace. V empirické části byla použita kombinace strukturovaného rozhovoru a dotazníku. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjisti názory rodičů na situaci jejich dítěte, co se týče specifických poruch učení, které u nich byly diagnostikovány.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of cooperation of parents and school, or teachers in particular, on remediation of specific learning disablities of children at primary school. The theoretical part treats with the terminology, classification and symptoms of individual learning disabilities and their impact on the personality of the child. Furthermore, the thesis mentiones some of the methods and ways of remediation of specific learning disabilities. Last but not least, there are described specific tasks of school and family and aspects of their mutual cooperation as well. In the research part there has been used a combination structured interview and a questionnaire. The goal of the research was to find out the opinions of parents on the situation of their child, concerning specific learning diasbilities that has been diagnosed.
