Výhody a nevýhody leasingového financování a problémy jeho právní úpravy

Advantages and disadvantages of leasing and related legal issues
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse economic aspects of leasing, it's advantages and disadvantages from the leasing receiver and leasing provider point of view, and consequently these economic thinking express by leasing contract, i. e. to suggest the leasing contract settlement, in which advantages of leasing are maximalised.
Abstract:
Táto bakalárske práca si kladie za cieľ postihnúť jednak ekonomické aspekty leasingu, jeho výhody a nevýhody z pohľadu príjemcu leasingu a poskytovateľa leasingu, a následne tieto ekonomické úvahy čo najlepšie právne vyjadriť prostredníctvom leasingovej zmluvy, tzn. navrhnúť také riešenie leasinovej zmluvy, prostredníctvom ktorého by boli výhody leasingového spôsobu financovania maximalizované.
