The Use of Structural Funds for the city Tovačov

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je, na základě vytvořeného vědomostního rámce nezbytného k orientaci v dané problematice, provedení projektu využití financování strukturálních fondů EU pro město Tovačov. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvořit projekt takový, který by městu Tovačovu pomohl k jeho dalšímu rozvoji. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou objasněny pojmy, jako je obec a její kompetence dále principy a cíle strukturální politiky a nakonec získáváním samotných strukturálních fondu. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou rozebrány výsledky analýzy SWOT od občanů města Tovačova na které bude navazovat samotný projekt, protože snahou města není pouze a jen jeho rozvoj ale také spokojenost občanů, jelikož občané tvoří město samotné.

Abstract:

The objective of the Diploma thesis is to carry out analysis of the posibility of utilization of structural funds for the development of the chosen enterprise based on a created scope of knowledge necessary for orientation in the respektive topics, implement the project using EU Structural Funds financing for the city Tovacov. The main objective is to create such a project that would help the city Tovacov for its further development. In the theoretical part of the thesis are explained concepts such as community and its responsibility as the principles and objectives of structural policy, and eventually getting themselves the Structural Funds. In the practical part of the thesis has analyzed the results of the SWOT analysis from the citizens of Tovačov. The project itself will be built on the results of the analysis because the aim of the city management is not just its development but most importantly the satisfaction of its citizens - they create the city itself.
