Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá problematikou začleňování migrantů s mezinárodní a dočasnou ochranou do pracovního procesu v pomáhajících profesích v České republice. Práce reaguje na rostoucí počet migrantů a jejich potenciál přispět k řešení kritického nedostatku pracovníků ve zdravotnictví a sociálních službách. Práce analyzuje současný trh práce v České republice se zaměřením na ekonomickou situaci, demografický vývoj a specifické potřeby trhu práce. Poukazuje na dlouhodobý nedostatek pracovních sil v pomáhajících profesích, což je problém, který se ještě zhoršuje stárnutím populace a rostoucími nároky na zdravotní a sociální péči. Klíčová část práce se zaměřuje na konkrétní možnosti integrace a zaměstnávání cizinců s mezinárodní a dočasnou ochranou. Popisuje postupy, jak efektivně začlenit tyto osoby do pracovního procesu v pomáhajících profesích ve zdravotnictví a sociálních službách včetně požadavků na jejich kvalifikací a uznávání zahraničního vzdělávání. Zdůrazňuje význam multikulturního pracovního prostředí, které může přinést nové perspektivy, dovednosti a zlepšit kvalitu poskytovaných služeb. Důraz je kladen na praktické metody a nástroje, které mohou využít pracovníci úřadů práce a jiných institucí k podpoře integrace migrantů. Práce také propojuje teoretické koncepty s praxí, kdy zmiňuje různé metody sociální práce aplikované na práci s cizinci, jakou jsou poradenský, terapeutický a reformní přístup.. Rovněž zkoumá, jak integrace migrantů souvisí se širší sociální politikou a jak může přispět k sociální soudržnosti a inkluzi. V závěru práce se zdůrazňuje potřeba koordinovaného přístupu zahrnujícího státní instituce, neziskové organizace a zdravotnická zařízení Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený pohled na možnosti začlenění migrantů s mezinárodní a dočasnou ochranou do pracovního procesu v pomáhajících profesích Tato analýza a doporučení mají sloužit jako užitečný nástroj pro zlepšení integrace migrantů s mezinárodní a dočasnou ochranou na pracovním trhu a přispět k řešení nedostatku pracovních sil v pomáhajících profesích ve zdravotnických a sociálních zařízeních v České republice.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis deals with the issue of integration of migrants with international and temporary protection into the work process in the helping professions in the Czech Republic. The thesis responds to the growing number of migrants and their potential to contribute to solving the critical shortage of workers in health and social services. The thesis analyses the current labour market in the Czech Republic, focusing on the economic situation, demographic developments and specific labour market needs. It highlights the long-term labour shortage in the helping professions, a problem that is exacerbated by an ageing population and increasing demands on health and social care. A key part of the thesis focuses on specific options for the integration and employment of foreigners with international and temporary protection. It describes procedures for effectively integrating these persons into the workforce in the helping professions in health and social services, including requirements for their qualifications and recognition of foreign training. It emphasises the importance of a multicultural working environment, which can bring new perspectives and skills and improve the quality of services provided. Emphasis is placed on practical methods and tools that can be used by office of labour staff and other institutions to support the integration of migrants. The thesis also links theoretical concepts with practice, mentioning different methods of social work applied to work with foreigners, such as counselling, therapeutic and reform approaches. The thesis concludes by highlighting the need for a coordinated approach involving state institutions, non-profit organisations and health facilities The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of the possibilities of integrating migrants with international and temporary protection into the workforce in the helping professions This analysis and recommendations are intended to serve as a useful tool for improving the integration of migrants with international and temporary protection into the labour market and to contribute to addressing the shortage of labour in the helping professions in health and social care institutions in the Czech Republic.
