Závěrečná práce se zabývá tématem využití taktických scénářů prodejní komunikace v areálu mezinárodních letišť. Jde tedy o problematiku spadající rámcově do odborného diskursu osobního prodeje jako nástroje marketingové komunikace. Tato práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. In the first part is theoretically processed sales communication based on information from the literature. The second part analyzes casuistry of the company, especially standardized procedures.
