Abstract:

Absolventská práce je prací empirickou, to znamená, že je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou, a je zaměřena na sebereflexi a sebepoznání studentů 3. ročníku MESOHUP Caritas v návaznosti na problematiku syndromu pomocníka. V teoretické části je první kapitola věnována pojmu pomáhající profese, jejímu vymezení a definici i rizikům, které pomáhající profese představuje. Ve druhé kapitole se věnuji bližšímu vymezení sociální i humanitární práce a studijnímu oboru sociální a humanitární práce. Třetí kapitola se zabývá syndromem pomocníka. Následně představuje charakteristiky syndromu, kdo je tímto syndromem ohrožen a jak jsou pojmenované jeho nejdůležitější oblasti. Čtvrtá kapitola je o sebereflexi a sebepoznání a jejich významu v sociální práci. V praktické části práce jsem se snažila naplnit svůj cíl, kterým bylo zjistit, jakou sebereflexi a sebepoznání mají studenti MESOHUP v průběhu studia vzhledem k problematice syndromu pomocníka. Jako výzkumnou metodu jsem zvolila dotazníkové šetření a následně i strukturované rozhovory. Popsala jsem, jak probíhal sběr dat, jak jsem si vybrala výzkumný vzorek, co jsou limity výzkumu a jaké etické otázky vyvstaly v průběhu výzkumu. V závěru práce jsem shrnula výsledek celého výzkumu.

Abstract:

The graduation thesis is an empirical work, i.e. it is divided into a theoretical and a practical part and focuses on self-reflection and self-knowledge of students of the 3rd year of MESOHUP at Caritas College Olomouc following the issue of helper syndrome. In the theoretical part, the first chapter is devoted to the concept of the helping profession, its definition and the related risks. The second chapter deals with a more detailed description of social and humanitarian work and the field of study of social and humanitarian work. The third chapter deals with the helper syndrome. Subsequently, it presents the typical characteristics of the syndrome, who is at risk of this syndrome, and the most important areas affected. The fourth chapter is about self-reflection and self-knowledge and their importance in social work. The practical part of the thesis tries to fulfil the goal, which was to find out what self-reflection and self-knowledge students of MESOHUP have during their studies concerning the problem of the helper syndrome. The research method used is a questionnaire survey and subsequently structured interviews. The process of the data collection and choice of the research sample are described, identifying the limits of research and the ethical questions that arose during the research. At the end of the thesis, the result of the entire research is summarized.
