Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou motivačních prvků společnosti OXALIS, spol. s r.o. Tato práce je tvořena dvěma částmi, z nichž první je teoretická. Je věnována pojmu motiva-ce obecně, teoriím motivace a dále pak hmotným a nehmotným prvkům motivace včetně Cafeteria Systému. My thesis analyses the incentive scheme of OXALIS, spol. s r. o. The paper consists of two parts, of which the first one is theoretical. This initial section is devoted to motivation in general, incentive theories, plus tangible and intangible motivating benefits, including the Cafeteria System.
