Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je vymezení některých aktuálních problémů v rámci poměrně nové právní úpravy a to z.č. 120/2001 Sb, o soudních exekutorech a exekuční činnosti (exekuční řád) a o změněn dalších zákonů. Tato právní úprava byla přijata počátkem roku 2001 a jako celek nabyla účinnosti dnem 1. září 2001
Abstract:
subject of this thesis is delimitation of some up-to-date problems due to new legal regulation - Act No. 120/2001 Col., on distrainers and distrainer’s action (Distrainer Act). This legal regulation was enacted in the beginning of 2001 and became effective on 1st September 2001.
