Bakalářskou práci jsem věnoval problematice vlastnictví bytů. Zabývám se především těmi ustanoveními v současnosti platného zákona č. 72/1994 Sb., jenž způsobují v praxi největší aplikační problémy. My Bachelor’s Thesis focuses on the issue of flat ownership. I particularly dealt with those provisions of the currently valid Act No. 72/1994 Coll., which in practice pose the greatest application problems. These concern mainly the definition of the common parts of a building and their administration, relations among owners and associations of unit owners and its bodies, the foundation of the association …more
