Use of Talent management in HRM

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis titled " Use of Talent management in HRM " deals with a new concept of human resource management and its implementing opportunities to small businesses . The primary objective of this work is to determine what knowledge the owners or managers have concerning about Talent Management . How they try to get , develop and maintain their talented employees . A secondary objective of this work is to determine whether it is appropriate or possible to address talent management in a small business . The theoretical part defines terms such as human capital , human resources management , talent , talent management and talent management processes themselves . The practical part deals with the collection and processing of the data collected from small hotels involved that I have gained through guided dialogue . It also includes an overall summary of my findings in the form of tables for easier comparability . In the design section, I evaluate and propose solutions for the deficiencies found in small hotels.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca s názvom „ Využitie Talent managementu pri riadení ľudských zdrojov“ sa zaoberá novou koncepciou riadenia ľudských zdrojov a jeho možnosti implementovania do malých podnikov. Primárnym cieľom práce je zistiť aké poznatky majú majitelia alebo vedúci zamestnanci ohľadne témy Talent Manažment. Ako sa snažia získať, rozvíjať a udržiavať svojich talentovaných zamestnancov. Sekundárnym cieľom práce je zistiť či je vhodné alebo možné zaoberať sa talent manažmentom v malom podniku. Teoretická časť práce vymedzuje pojmy ako ľudský kapitál, riadenie ľudských zdrojov, talent , talent manažment a samotné procesy talent manažmentu. Praktická časť sa zaoberá zberom a spracovaním zistených údajov zúčastnených malých hotelov, ktoré som získala formou riadeného rozhovoru. Obsahuje tiež celkové zhrnutie mojich zistení formou tabuliek pre ľahšiu porovnateľnosť. V návrhovej časti som vyhodnotila a navrhla riešenia pre zistené nedostatky v malých hoteloch.
