Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na právo osob se zdravotním postižením na rodinný život a jeho kodifikaci. Tato kodifikace je rozebrána z pohledu českého a mezinárodního práva. This thesis is focused on the rights of persons with disabilities in family life and its codification. This codification is analyzed from the perspective of Czech and international law.
