The use of Industry 4.0 elements in the chemical industry

Abstract:

Předmětem této práce je vytvořit základní přehled o konceptu Průmyslu 4.0, jeho historickém vývoji, současném stavu a zahraniční iniciativě. Dále se práce zabývá popisem hlavních prvků čtvrté průmyslové revoluce, způsobem jejich implementace, jejich využitím v chemickém průmyslu a popisem dopadů v sociální a environmentální sféře. V práci byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum, který se zaměřoval na míru podvědomí a stav implementace prvků Průmyslu 4.0 ve výrobních podnicích Svazu chemického průmyslu.

Abstract:

The main issue of this thesis is to create the overview about Industry 4.0 concept, its historical development, current status and foreign initiative. This thesis also deals with the description of the main elements of the fourth industrial revolution, their use in chemical industry and the description of the impacts in the social and environmental spheres. The qualitative research was made in this thesis which was focus on the level of subconscious and the state of implemetation of the main elements of the Industry 4.0 in the production companies that are the members of the Association of the Chemical Industry.
