Grammatical games and key competencies in French education.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is a comparation of two chosen schoolbooks (On y va 1 and Amis et compagnie) based on the A1 Common European Framework of Reference for Languages; there in the textbooks, the author tries to find some correspondences and similarities between the particular grammatical quotas which quotas represent the base of the questionnaire for the secondary school teachers and the teachers in language schools. In the questionnaire, there the teachers answer if they use games in French lessons, which games they use to exercise chosen grammatical phenomena (= analysed grammatical quotas from textbooks), how they chose the games (randomly, by the aim, by the competencies and skills they want to develop, by the student preferences, …). The teachers´ preparation tactic which they apply is also important. In the last part of the work, there the author concerns the convenient grammatical games related to the chosen grammatical phenomena on the base of the publication of Irena Eibenová et alii. named Hry ve výuce francouzštiny (Games in French Education), alternatively the author himself adds some proper games. In the both cases, the author takes into consideration the language level, the skills and competencies of the student which the games have to develop. The aim of this thesis is primarily to describe the degree how much the teachers use the games to exercise the grammatical phenomena, and to present some games facilitating the exercising of the chosen grammatical phenomena and key competencies.

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je srovnat dvě vybrané učebnice francouzského jazyka úrovně A1 společného referenčního rámce (On y va 1 a Amis et compagnie 1), v nichž se autor snaží najít vzájemné shody a podobnosti mezi jednotlivými gramatickými pensy a vyvodit z nich společné penzum, které tvoří základ dotazníku mířeného učitelům SŠ a jazykových škol. V dotazníku učitelé zodpovídají, jaké hry ve výuce francouzského jazyka využívají k procvičování vybraných gramatických jevů (= analyzovaného gramatického pensa), pokud vůbec nějaké používají, jak hry vybírají (náhodně, dle stanoveného cíle, rozvíjených kompetencí a dovedností, dle preferencí žáků, …). Důležitý je také druh přípravy, který učitelé použijí k přípravě hry. V poslední části práce autor pojednává o vhodných hrách k vybraným gramatickým jevům dle publikace Hry ve výuce francouzštiny od Ireny Eibenové a kol., případně rovněž doplňuje hry vlastní; při výběru her bere zřetel na jazykovou úroveň a rozvoj dovedností a kompetencí, které mají hry u žáka rozvíjet. Cílem práce je především nastínit míru, jak mnoho učitelé používají ve výuce hry k procvičování gramatických jevů, a zároveň učitelům představit některé hry usnadňující procvičování gramatických jevů a klíčových kompetencí.
