Tématem diplomové práce je pracovní výkon a jeho hodnocení ve firmě TRW Autoelektronika s.r.o., která je dodavatelem komponentů pro automobilový průmysl. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a odborných článků vztahujících se k problematice pracovního výkonu a možnostech jeho hodnocení.
