Entry into the labor market as a topic of education in secondary school

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku výuky tématu vstup na trh práce na nižším stupni víceletého gymnázia v předmětu Svět práce. Práce je rozdělena do 4 částí. Úvodní část se zabývá vstupem na trh práce jako tématem výuky na gymnáziu, kde se jednotlivé podkapitoly věnují aktuálnosti tématu, ekonomické a finanční gramotnost, RVP pro gymnázia (Svět práce) a ŠVP na vybraném gymnáziu. Druhou částí je teoretická kapitola zaměřující se na shrnutí základních teoretických východisek tématu, jež budou pak využity při přípravě jednotlivých vyučovacích hodin. Třetí kapitola popisuje samotnou přípravu hodin a ověření ve výuce. Poslední kapitola zhodnocuje proběhlou výuky s využitím pilotáže a evaluace. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování tematického okruhu vstup na trh práce a tvorba příprav a učebních pomůcek, jež budou využitelné ve vyučovacích hodinách Světa práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of teaching the topic of entering the labour market at the lower level of a multi-year upper secondary school in the subject The World of Work. The thesis is divided into 4 parts. The introductory part deals with the topic of labour market entry as a subject in upper secondary education, where the individual sub-chapters deal with the topicality of the topic, economic and financial literacy, the RVP for upper secondary schools (World of Work) and the curriculum of the selected upper secondary school. The second part is a theoretical chapter focusing on a summary of the basic theoretical background of the topic, which will then be used in the preparation of individual lessons. The third chapter describes the actual lesson preparation and testing in the classroom. The final chapter evaluates the lessons delivered through piloting and evaluation. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate on the topic of entering the labour market and to develop preparations and teaching aids that will be used in the World of Work lessons.
